Dan joins the executive team with a clear mandate: scale how bold, high-quality work gets done, while preserving the clarity, collaboration, and impact that sets the company apart. In this role, he will oversee WOW’s delivery organization and lead cross-functional collaboration across strategy, design, engineering, and data.
With more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and customer experience, Dan brings a sharp focus on results — for clients and internal teams alike. He’s known for connecting the dots between vision and execution and for fostering empowered, accountable teams that realize strategic outcomes for clients.

Before joining WOW, Dan served as Chief Revenue Officer at ps Hummingbird, a Publicis Sapient venture focused on AI and enterprise transformation. He also led Avanade’s Digital Customer practice in North America, helping global brands build connected, scalable digital experiences across industries.
Larkin’s leadership reinforces WOW’s commitment to not just creating strategy but bringing it to life through delivery models that scale, flex, and perform. For clients, that means tighter alignment between vision and execution — from platform implementation to personalization to performance marketing. Internally, Dan will focus on strengthening the systems and structure that empower teams to deliver consistently, grow their craft, and drive meaningful outcomes together.
