The email campaign targets prospective buyers that have never placed a website order and displays products abandoned in their cart. Buyers that have not left behind items in their shopping cart receive a default version, featuring relevant product recommendations to explore new, in-stock, and sale merchandise. To further motivate a sale, the email includes a compelling promotional code.
Existing buyers receive a personalized email displaying items from their purchase history to urge them to reorder and restock, while also recommending related products to create endless opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and repeat sales.
