Eric M. Dean [President and Founder]

Eric Dean co-founded Whereoware in 1999 and has served as President since that
time. With 14 years of sales, marketing and management experience, Eric is the
Company's top market strategist and has an impressive track record of success
in market development and sales. With a deep understanding of today's
manufacturers' challenges, Eric guides the vision and direction of Whereoware.
Prior to Whereoware, Eric was the founder and president of Mosaic Design Works,
a Virginia-based Home Decor producer. He also worked with Burlington Industries
and its Bacova Guild Division in a variety of sales and marketing roles. He
served as Business Manager for Bacova's $30 million Floor Mats unit as well as
Export Manager overseeing a network of distributors and sales representatives
in over 30 countries.
Eric also worked for HCI Corporation, a small export consulting firm that
serviced small and medium-sized manufacturers. In addition, Eric served four
years as an U. S. Army officer between college and graduate school.
Eric has a MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and
a B.A. in History from the College of William and Mary.

Jim Rothey [Chief Technology
Officer]

As the Chief Technology Officer, Jim Rothey oversees product development,
drives product strategy and is the key solution architect of the Active
Merchandiser and WebLive platforms. Jim has over twenty years of experience
specializing in Internet e-businesses and document and media management
information retrieval systems. He started working with online technologies in
the early 1990s and was an evangelist for Internet technologies. This resulted
in the management and fielding of commercial e-commerce websites as early as
1995. Jim leverages this experience in defining Whereoware's Internet and
overall technology strategy.
Prior to joining Whereoware, Jim was the director of engineering for eMotion
and director of engineering and product manager for Picture Network
International (PNI), a Kodak company, where he was responsible for building
Internet-based media management ASPs and software products. He was also
responsible for running a development team at SRA International that created
software resulting in two software patents in media searching and management
technology which lead to the successful creation of the startup company PNI.
PNI was later acquired by Kodak. Jim is listed as an inventor for 4 software
patents and has patents pending for new initiatives at Whereoware.
Jim received a BS in Mathematical Sciences from the Pennsylvania State
University.

Bill Haskitt [Vice
President]

Bill joined Whereoware in 2003 to lead the company into new electronic
technology initiatives. Currently he heads the company's web marketing
practice, which includes Search Engine, eMarketing, and Behavior-Based
Marketing.
Prior to Whereoware, Bill was the VP Sales and Marketing for BIAP Systems, a
Dulles, Virginia-based transaction marketing company in the Internet Technology
Industry. Bill's first hand experience with new web-based technology
initiatives has served as the basis for many of the products and technologies
Whereoware offers to improve the buying and selling experience.
Before BIAP Bill worked eight years in the web and digital catalog marketplace.
For Reed-Elsevier and Bell Atlantic he served in numerous management roles in
electronic and web catalog development, marketing and sales. His trademarked
products were early predecessors for today's ecommerce successes. He developed,
marketed and sold some of the first digital CD-ROM and web catalogs using
data-base technology as the dynamic content source.
Earlier in his career, as regional manager for Burroughs Corp[oration, a mini
and mainframe computer company, Bill ran the Mid-Atlantic region with 12
offices throughout 10 states.
Bill has his bachelors degree from the University of Michigan with a dual major
in Math and Psychology.

Joe Harris [Director of
Professional Services]

In 2004, Joe Harris joined the Whereoware team and has taken on many different
roles at Whereoware including sales, project management, and general business
consulting. With over 8 years of experience working in web and multimedia
development, he brings a unique understanding of technology, design and
implementation to Whereoware.
Prior to Whereoware, Joe was a Founder and Vice President at SmartPants Media,
a multimedia, software design firm specializing in the creation of interactive
CD-ROMs, websites and kiosks for marketing and educational purposes. He worked
directly with a wide assortment of clients including non-profit organizations,
small-medium sized businesses, and federal and state governments. He has
successfully led the sales and development efforts of over 75 promotional
CD-ROMs, distance learning programs, and informational websites.
Joe also has experience with rich media, virtual reality and interactive design
applications.
Joe has a B.A. in History from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Adam Schrier [Executive Director of Marketing and Business
Development]

Adam Schrier began his association with Whereoware in 2007. He joined full-time
in 2009 to lead the company's branding and business development efforts.
Working across the entire company's product portfolio, Adam seeks out new lines
of business and industries while ensuring the consistency of Whereoware's
message.
Prior to Whereoware, Adam served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for
Andrea by Sadek, a leading manufacturer in the Gift and Home Industries. During
his 12 years with Sadek, Adam handled a wide range of responsibilities
including brand licensing, product development, catalog production, web
development, eCommerce and sales force management. Through these varied
experiences Adam gained a deep understanding of the solutions to the challenges
facing Whereoware's clients in today's market.
Adam's other experiences include a stint with The Beanstalk Group, brand
licensing agency and consultancy. Adam is an active member of the Gift and Home
Trade Association where he serves as the Data Committee Chairman and a member
of the Board of Directors.
Adam has an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in
Political Science from Tufts University.
