Back-end Developer
Job Description
Currently we are hiring for a junior to mid-level .Net Developer to add to our team of talented programmers. If you want to work for a very well established and growing company, then we are for you!
- Working with a team of 7-8 to do design and develop new web applications to add to our current internet products
- Mostly front and middle tier .Net development with ASP.Net and C# and MS SQL Server
- Implementing Web 2.0, 3.5 functionality
Skills/requirements
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 2-4 years of ASP.Net / (C#, VB.Net) web development, including versions 2.0, 3.5, and 4
- Experience with web development tools, including AJAX, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, XML, XSLT, DHTML, ASP.Net, C#, ASP.Net, =web developer, SOAP, .Net Developer, .NET Programmer, MS SQL Server
- Experience writing SQL queries/Stored Procedures in MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008.
- Experience developing a public facing website, so familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and other graphic tools a must
- Having a good understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Software Development Life Cycle.
- Bachelors Degree a must, Computer Science degree preferred.
